UK Tiles Direct fulfil Isle of Wight Grand Designs Project
When Isle of Wight couple Bram and Lisa Vis decided to build their new luxury home from scratch they were determined to use only the best in skills and materials. Such was the scope and grandeur of their plans that they attracted the attention of top Channel 4 show, Grand Designs, who filmed an episode around the building of their £3.2 million project.

Luxury bathroom tiles feature in hit Channel 4 episode
In conjunction with their sister company, Room H2o, UK Tiles Direct were approached to provide the tiles to be used throughout the 7000 sq ft + property - including all bathrooms and even the magnificent outdoor sunken swimming pool.

Several examples of UK Tiles Direct premium quality porcelain and mosaic tiles featured in the Grand Designs episode, including the Spezia Blanco and Spezia Bone selection. These large format porcelain tiles, suitable for use on both walls and floors, featured a white glazed surface with subtle grey veins and warm Mediterranean beige respectively. Other porcelain tiles used included the Galaxy Ivory and Planet Gold range, with the beautiful Lagos green mosaic tiles adding a splash of rich colour.
