UK Tiles Direct Ltd – Terms & Conditions

Definitions. "Seller" means UK Tiles Direct Ltd. The "Buyer" means the purchaser of the goods from the seller. The "Goods" means the Goods, Materials, Services, installment of order or parts of them by the Seller to the Buyer.

Application. These terms & conditions apply to all sales of goods ("Goods") shall be constructed as meaning any item or article supplied by UK Tiles Direct Ltd. The ("Seller") to any purchases ("The Buyer") and shall apply in place of and prevail over any terms & conditions contained or referred in the Buyers order or in correspondence or elsewhere or copied by trade customer practice or course of dealings unless specifically agreed in writing by a partner of UK Tiles Direct Ltd. Any purported provisions to be contrary are here by excluded or extinguished. Any Buyer who objects to these terms & conditions below must prior to delivery of Goods inform the Seller of the objections in writing whereupon the order shall be deemed to be cancelled.

Conditions

Any technical and other advice is given by the Company's authorised representative is in good faith and for general guidance only. The Company is not liable for errors, or defects by, the Manufacturer or other circumstances beyond its control.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser and fixer to ensure that the goods are as ordered, are satisfactory and suitable for the purpose required.

Goods are supplied on the strict understanding that British Standards relating to fixing are applied.

Samples are solely to enable the Customer to judge the style of the Goods, but do not constitute a sale by sample.

All samples, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued by the Company and any descriptions or illustrations contained in the Company's catalogues, brochures or internet website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an appropriate idea of the goods described in them and their accuracy cannot be warranted by us. To help you we operate a samples policy as mentioned below. The goods are supplied within the Manufacturers tolerance limits of size, texture and colour variations. It is recommended that tiles from all boxes are mixed to give a reasonable blend.

The Company cannot guarantee to match shades of previous orders.

No guarantee can be given against crazing.
