We pride ourselves on our competitive installation costs. To give you some idea B&Q and Wickes both charge between £45-£50 per m2 for a standard ceramic tile installation

What do we charge:

Tile installation

Ceramics £25 + VAT per m2

Porcelain £27 + VAT per m2

Natural Stone (upto 12mm thick) £33 + VAT per m2

Natural Stone (12mm - 25mm) £40 + VAT per m2

Glass tiles & Mosaic £30 - £50 + VAT per m2

Extra charges will be applied for: Adhesive, grout & sealants, epoxy grouting, preperation of substrates including levelling

Other charges may be applied for : cutting around toilets, basins, curved showers, bath & access panels

Wetroom Iinstallation

Each wetroom will vary considerably in installation costs. It will be dependant on a number of factors the crucial one is the position of your current waste and which type of wetroom system you choose.

To give you a guideline estimate of installing a wetroom base with the correct fall and waterproofing the wet area :

Simple installation £700 + VAT

More complex £700 - £1200 + VAT

Bathroom Installations (guideline prices only)

For the supply and fit of a budget bathroom £3000 - £5000 + VAT

For the supply and fit of a mid range family bathroom £5000 - £7000 + VAT

For the supply and fit of a luxury family bathroom £7000 plus + VAT

Included in the bathroom guideline costs are all materials & labour including tiles.
